Directorate of Mobility and Staff Management
Mission
This directorate is in charge of the mobility management of the staff members of all the police services, as well as of the management of the staff members of the Federal Police.
Scope of activities
Mobility management consists in:
- Collecting the needs of the corps, directorates and services with regard to the compilation and spreading of the calls for applications.
- Collecting, classifying and distributing the candidacy files.
- Collecting and communicating the results.

- Nominations.
- Wage scale promotions.
- The exercise of a higher function.
- The management of students.
- Reallocations.
- Detachments and temporary outplacements.
- Holidays.
- Bilingualism allowance, Brussels District allowance.
- International missions.
- Combined activities.
- Management of the sick leave quota – availability and submission to the commissions of aptitude.
- Administrative management of the accidents at work and occupational diseases.
- Definitive withdrawal of employment, cessation of activities and reinstatement.
- Management of the administrative number (notaryschip).
- Pension files.
