This is an essential component of the organisational culture. It is present at all levels, whatever the field of activity may be.

|
It follows a rigorous methodology and is the subject of an internal communication plan (coherence of the implemented actions).
Diversity
| The police want to reflect society. For that purpose, they have developed a policy aimed at ensuring equality for all individuals as well as a large diversity within the integrated police.
The diversity policy is based on the concept of identity diversity. This implies that diversity is not restricted to the gender or ethnic origin of a person, but that it takes into account other differences, such as sexual preference, age, physical disability, staff category… These features are all sources of discrimination. |
